Georgia football recruiting: 5-star signee Marvin Jones Jr. junior highlights

Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) American Heritage five-star edge defender Marvin Jones Jr. is the newest addition to Georgia's No. 3 ranked class. The 6-foot-4.5, 245-pound prospect announced his commitment Wednesday and was the final signee for the Dawgs on National Signing Day. Jones Jr. picked the Dawgs over Alabama, Florida State, and USC, giving Kirby Smart and his coaching staff another major recruiting win for the class.
Jones is ranked as the nation's No. 22 overall prospect, No. 2 edge rusher, and No. 4 overall recruit in the state of Florida by the industry-generated 247Sports Composite. He is ranked as the No. 19 overall prospect, No. 1 edge rusher, and No. 3 overall recruit in Florida on 247Sports. The addition of Jones Jr. gives Georgia five 5-star signees in the 2022 class. As a senior at Plantation (Fla.) American Heritage, Jones totaled 46 tackles and five sacks according to MaxPreps. Watch his junior season highlights above.
